Either way, you have a quality instrument that somebody would love to have. That said, sometimes they take a while to sell and sometimes they're snatched up as soon as they go on the market. Pianos in white are a bit more rare these days as they were more popular in the 60's-80's. The serial number dates this piano back to 1969 so you'll definitely see some depreciation due to it being 42 years old.
